DocFlow turns your WordPress site into a complete appointment management system. From a single installation it coordinates several locations, their rooms, your team of practitioners, your catalogue of services and your patient records, tying it all together with a booking engine that calculates real availability and prevents overlaps.
What sets it apart from most booking plugins is how availability is calculated. DocFlow does not hand out slots against a theoretical agenda: it starts from how many rooms at that location offer that service, subtracts the appointments already taken in each time block, and only then offers the slot. That is why there are no double bookings even when several patients book at the same time.

Availability that is calculated, not guessed
Free slots come from the real capacity of your rooms minus appointments already booked. Never two bookings on the same capacity.

Your team runs the day to day — summary, schedules, calendar, appointments and patients — without ever entering the WordPress dashboard.
Complete patient records
Contact details, photo, documents, private notes and appointment history. All inside your own site, with no third-party services.
Three builders, one widget
The Booking and Panel blocks are available in Gutenberg, Elementor and Bricks from a single definition, plus the usual shortcodes.
Signed webhooks
Connect to Kommo, Make, Zapier or n8n. Every booking, confirmation or cancellation is sent with an HMAC signature, automatic retries and a delivery log.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I insert the booking form?
- With the "DocFlow — Book an appointment" block, the equivalent Elementor or Bricks widget, or the [docflow_booking] shortcode. You can pin the location and service if you want one page for each.
- Who can manage appointments?
- Administrators and users with the "DocFlow Team" role, who manage and create appointments from the front-end panel without access to the rest of WordPress.
- What happens when I hit my plan limit?
- Nothing is ever deleted or hidden. Only new entries above the limit are blocked; everything you already have keeps working exactly the same.
- Does my data leave my site?
- No. DocFlow stores everything in your own WordPress database. The only data that leaves is what you explicitly send through the webhooks you configure.
