The challenge
Agencies and content creators work spread across spreadsheets, WhatsApp screenshots and reports assembled by hand at the end of every month. The problem is not a lack of tools but that none of them covers the full cycle: idea, client approval, publishing and measurement.
What we did
We built a platform of nine modules on a Django backend and a Next.js application, with real publishing to Instagram and Facebook through the Meta API, a content assistant backed by semantic retrieval, and a static marketing site served from the edge.
VoxVu is our own product, not a commission: we design it, build it and maintain it. It brings content planning, client approval, publishing to Instagram and Facebook, analytics and reporting into one place.
It is also where we try out the technical decisions we later take to client work: separating backend from application, background jobs, a static marketing site at the edge, and a purpose-built back office to operate the platform.
